How moorfx submissions work
Follow the moorfx process from a private pitch to rights review, contracting and delivery.
1. Introduce your project
Create your profile and save a draft. Add a synopsis, credits, distribution availability and a secure screener.
2. Submit for evaluation
Review your rights declarations and verify your email. Submitting records a version for acquisitions; follow requests in your project Messages.
3. Review your offer
If the project progresses, review the proposed term sheet and approved agreement. Rights, territory, term and payment are negotiated; submission alone grants no exhibition license.
4. Deliver and correct
After contracting, use the private checklist to deliver masters, captions, artwork and metadata. Staff review technical quality and rights separately.
5. Follow release and reporting
Publication is a separate staff decision. Your workspace shows available progress, viewing activity and statements under the executed deal.
